Our 1.33D×38MM super absorbent facial mask staple fiber is professional cosmetic-grade hydrophilic polyester raw material, specially engineered for high-performance spunlace facial mask nonwoven production. It solves two core issues of ordinary polyester fiber: poor liquid absorption and stiff rough touch, helping beauty manufacturers produce high water-locking, ultra-soft premium mask sheets.
The fiber adopts internal graft hydrophilic modification technology rather than temporary surface coating treatment. The water-absorbing functional groups are fused into the fiber molecular skeleton permanently. Absorption performance will not degrade under long-term essence soaking, high-temperature spunlace processing or long inventory storage, guaranteeing stable quality for large-batch mask mass production.
