Diesel filter function 

Diesel filter can effectively block the dust and moisture entrained in diesel, and can effectively extend the service life of fuel injection pump, diesel nozzle and other filter elements.

Large and small oil droplets, large oil droplets are easy to separate through the oil-gas separator, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles) must be filtered through the micron-sized glass fiber layer of the oil-gas separation filter element. When the diameter and thickness of glass fiber are correctly selected, the filter material can intercept, diffuse and polymerize the oil mist in the gas, and the effect can reach the best. Small oil droplets quickly aggregate into large oil droplets, which pass through the filter layer under the push of pneumatic and gravity, accumulate at the bottom of the filter element, and then return to the lubrication system through the inlet of the oil return pipe in the bottom recess of the filter element, so that the compressor can discharge more pure and oil-free compressed air.
