YJHLV is a new type of optimized low-voltage power cable, using AA8000 series aluminum alloy solid conductors, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, and a PVC outer sheath. It is manufactured strictly according to GB/T 12706 and corresponding IEC international manufacturing standards. Unlike traditional pure aluminum YJLV and copper core YJV cables, its core design upgrades the conductor metallurgical composition, solving problems such as natural creep, poor bending toughness, and unstable connections inherent in traditional aluminum wires. This configuration is suitable for fixed underground trench laying, pipe wiring, wall embedding, and some overhead power distribution projects, and is widely used in municipal power upgrades, commercial real estate development, and factory expansion projects. Our factory can customize the core quantity, cross-sectional area, and sheath formula according to the different on-site construction environment requirements of global electrical design engineers, EPC contractors, and centralized procurement buyers. All finished products undergo comprehensive testing in our internal laboratory to meet international tender document review and cross-border customs clearance requirements.
A Malaysian real estate investment company procured a total of 320 kilometers of YJHLV 4×95+1×50 specification cable for three large residential communities in the suburbs of Kuala Lumpur (planned for construction in 2025). During direct underground backfilling construction, avoid scratching the outer sheath with sharp stones and metal edges; reserve an appropriate bending radius that meets national standards to prevent damage to the internal conductor structure. Keep cables away from boiler pipes and outdoor exposed radiant heat equipment and other long-term continuous high-temperature heat sources to extend their service life.
