The YJLHV22 low-voltage power cable is an independently developed upgraded high-performance transmission cable, conforming to international IEC standards and mainstream global power engineering design specifications, with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV. This cable uses high-purity AA8000 series tightly stranded aluminum alloy conductors, high-temperature resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, a double-layer steel tape armor structure, and a weather-resistant and flame-retardant PVC outer sheath.
This cable model is specifically optimized for global long-distance power transmission, fixed installation, and power supply projects in harsh environments. It effectively solves common defects of traditional pure aluminum cables such as easy creepage, loose wiring, and poor stability, while also overcoming the shortcomings of high cost and heavy weight of all-copper core armored cables. Compared with traditional power cables, YJLHV22 cables have undergone multiple rounds of thermal cycling aging tests, mechanical extrusion tests, and environmental adaptability tests, exhibiting stable conductivity, strong load-bearing capacity, and a long service life. They can adapt to complex laying conditions such as direct burial, cable trench laying, pipe penetration, and indoor/outdoor wall fixing, fully meeting the power supply needs of various power systems for continuous and stable operation throughout the year.
Utilizing industry-standard AA8000 aluminum alloy raw materials and a scientifically proportioned internal metal composition, the conductivity reaches 61.8% of the IACS standard. Its creep resistance is far superior to ordinary pure aluminum conductors. Under long-term energization, heating, and temperature changes, it will not experience conductor shrinkage or loosening, effectively avoiding line contact faults, heat loss, and potential safety hazards, significantly reducing the frequency of circuit maintenance in later stages of engineering projects.
XLPE cross-linked polyethylene insulation possesses excellent insulation performance, strong anti-aging capabilities, and stable dielectric strength. It can operate stably for extended periods at 90℃, is not prone to aging and cracking, and effectively blocks leakage current and external electromagnetic interference. Compared to traditional PVC insulated cables, it has stronger overload capacity, a wider safe current-carrying range, and an overall design service life of over 25 years, significantly reducing the cost of replacing engineering cables.
The built-in double-layer galvanized steel tape armor structure effectively resists damage from external pressure, impact, soil compression, and rodent bites in underground laying environments. Even in the event of minor terrain subsidence or construction collisions, it maintains the integrity of the internal core structure, ensuring the continuous and safe operation of the power line, making it particularly suitable for harsh laying scenarios with high risks of external physical damage.
Under the same current-carrying capacity standard, the overall weight of YJLHV22 alloy steel cable is nearly half that of copper-core armored steel cable. This significantly reduces transportation costs for cross-border transport and on-site construction, on-site handling labor costs, and hoisting construction costs. A rationally designed conductor area matching system can replace copper cable power supply, effectively controlling the project material procurement budget and achieving a low-cost, high-efficiency power distribution layout.
The outer sheath is made of flame-retardant PVC material with an optimized formula, possessing excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, and acid and alkali corrosion resistance, making it suitable for complex environments such as humid underground environments, coastal salt spray environments, and factory chemical volatile environments. The entire cable exhibits stable performance, unaffected by external environmental factors, meeting the laying and usage requirements of different climate zones worldwide.
The product has excellent flame-retardant and fire-resistant properties, will not spread when exposed to open flames, and will automatically extinguish after the flame is removed.
