During cable pulling or conductor stringing, the conductor passes through the rotating sheave of the pulley block. The 916mm large diameter sheave helps reduce bending pressure and allows the conductor to move more smoothly.

Based on conductor size: For large overhead conductors, choose 916mm diameter stringing blocks to reduce bending stress.
Based on pulling tension: For standard line work, select 20-60kN rated load. For heavy-duty transmission projects, select 100-150kN rated load.
Based on conductor quantity: For single conductor installation, choose 1 sheave structure. For bundled conductor stringing, choose 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 sheave structure.
