1. Applications:

3. Features:
  • The cradle type bobbins pay-off stand and bobbins of the twisting cage are driven by individual motor, the bobbins clamped by the ejector needle by the bidirectional moving and a bracket used to load and unload the bobbins easily.
  • The bobbins in the twisting cage can be pre-twisted and the angle of the cable can be adjustable according to the production request.
  • The back-twisting method of the twisting cage is differ ential gear, the cradle type pay-off stand and the twisting cage stand can realized with back-twisting or without back-twisting.
  • The ground axis and the chain transmission are used for the transmission for the 1+1 type cradle type pay-off stand, to reduce the deformation of the bow when passing cables.
 
This machine is widely used in the various sections of the three core, four core, five core plastic power cables, XLPE cable (cross-linked polyethylene cable) and armored cable. The shape of the wire core can be round-shaped, fan-shaped and W-shaped.
