The High Speed Tubular Stranding Machine is designed for stranding steel wires, copper wires, aluminum wires, and various cable conductors. It is widely used in the production of steel wire ropes, power cables, control cables, communication cables, and special cables.
Featuring high rotational speed, stable operation, low vibration, and precise stranding performance, the machine ensures excellent product quality and high production efficiency. The machine can be customized according to wire diameter, strand structure, reel size, and production requirements.
Cradle pay-off tension: Hysteresis tensioning; tension values set via touchscreen and adjustable online
Pay-off frame: Integrally welded structure; high machining precision; high mechanical strength; durable and deformation-resistant
Cage support structure: Three-section (2+2+2) integral tube support; three sets of large bearings supporting the middle and exit ends; flanged connections
Lubrication method: Independent oil pump with circulating oil; provides both lubrication and cooling functions
High-temperature monitoring for large bearings; automatic shutdown with HMI notification
Braking method: Flat pneumatic disc brake system; PLC-coordinated operation involving servo/VFD motor controllers, braking resistors, and pneumatic brakes to execute slow stops, fast stops, and emergency stops; ensures system synchronization
Main unit features external wire routing; Ø17mm wire guide holes
Safety guard: Axial sliding door structure; pneumatic opening/closing; built-in sound-absorbing panels; includes safety interlock (stops machine when door opens)
Wire gathering plate: Assembly consisting of a 6-hole distribution plate and a pre-forming device
Electric control system
Power supply: Three-phase, five-wire system; 380V (±10%), 50Hz.
The machine utilizes a distributed motor drive system (employing servo-controlled variable-frequency motors). Each AC servo motor is regulated by a variable frequency drive (VFD). Overall system control is managed by a PLC combined with a touchscreen interface; the main unit starts after a time delay following an audible alarm.
The machine is equipped with the following protection features:
VFD fault alarm.
Overload protection for the take-up/traverse mechanism and power supply protection.
Low air pressure protection.
Wire breakage protection.
Equipped with a smart energy meter.
Reserved Ethernet interface for data acquisition.
The supplier is responsible for all internal wiring and cabling within the machine body and the electrical control cabinet. The customer is responsible for all wiring and cabling between machine units, between the machine and the electrical control cabinet, and between electrical control cabinets.
