Pay-off system: Central pay-off stand and cradle-type bobbin carriers located inside the tube.
Main unit (Tube body): A welded cylindrical body supported by large bearings; dynamically balanced for high-speed, low-noise operation.
Auxiliary devices: Doubling die holder, length counter, and lubrication system.
Haul-off and take-up: Capstan, take-up unit, and traverse mechanism.
Control system: Modern models typically utilize PLC + HMI control, enabling features such as stepless lay length adjustment, automatic stop upon wire breakage, and constant tension control.
Optional configurations: Taping device, magnetic powder/hysteresis tension brakes.
