1. Application
Eccentric type wire and cable non-metallic taping machine is mainly used for wrapping Non-woven fabric, glass cloth, semiconductor fabric on the cable core to be cable armoring layer,the machine gives stable tension control, accurate taping pitch and good wrapping performance.
2. Features
2.1 The sensor of wire broken detection placed on pay-off and take up tension unit. In case of wire broken, machine will stop automatically.
2.2 In case of emergency, press E-stop button which placed on electric cabinet, machine will brake smoothly via pneumatic control unit.
2.3 The proximity switch which fixed behind meter counting wheel on the caterpillar capstan send meter counting signal to PLC control system
