1.Application:

Bow twister is the important equipment for wire and cable cabling, it is mainly used for control cables, low voltage cables, rubber sheathed cables, mining cables, overhead insulated cables and other products.

• Structural composition: The main body of the bow type stranding machine is composed of: twisting bow, wire reel cradle frame, bracket, base, driving system, filling frame, etc. The overall design structure is reasonable and beautiful.
• Driving system: The stranding body is driven by a 45kW AC motor and variable frequency speed regulation. The stranding adapts a ground axis linkage, driven by multiple gear belts, and links each section of the twisting bow to reduce the torque borne by the twisting bow. Adopting pneumatic disc brakes, the braking is sensitive. High synchronization and low noise.
•  Cradle frame: The two ends of the cradle are supported by bearings, and the cradle adopts an end shaft manual clamping wire reel with a mechanical locking mechanism to prevent the wire reel from being thrown out. The mainframe cradle frame is made by CNC laser cutting and overall welding, and is processed by a large machine tool after annealing furnace aging treatment. The overall rigidity and strength are high, and the operating accuracy is high. Each basket is equipped with a wire reel bracket to provide protection for the wires inside the reel.
• Wire tension: The wire tension is provided by mechanical friction, and the tension is manually adjusted.
• Twisting Bow: The twisting bow is made of special steel, which is not easy to break and operates stably.
•  Base: It is formed by welding high-quality rectangular square tubes and steel plates, and processed by a large gantry milling machine. The entire base has high levelness, ensuring stable operation.
• Braking system: The entire machine brakes through a air press brake, with multiple sets of air brake acting simultaneously, resulting in efficient braking.
• Shield: The host adopts a fully enclosed box type safety protective cover, which can be opened manually by sliding the door. The protective cover is equipped with multiple sets of working lights, which are interlocked with the electrical appliances of the unit. The unit can only be started when the cover is completely closed.
• Filling frame: The front end of the twisting cage is equipped with a filling rack support plate, which is equipped with 12 sets of filling rack (ball size: Ø 200mm*300mm)
• The distribution board is equipped with a "swing block" automatic detection system for wire broken automatic stop machine.

4.Package

Two methods: RTA (Ready to assemble, Flat Pack) and fully assembled.
Plywood frames and Stretch film are used to avoid breakage in transit.
