Product application:
I: Luggage cover harness: The wires of the automotive wiring harness on the luggage cover need to maintain their elasticity at low temperatures, so it is necessary to choose cold elastic ABS wires.
II: Power harness: Power harness, such as starter alternator output wire and battery wire, needs to use special ABS wire that can withstand large current, good heat dissipation performance of insulation layer and voltage reduction.
I: High temperature resistance: ABS has high temperature resistance characteristics, can withstand 150-200ºC high temperature environment. This makes ABS an ideal material in automotive cable harnesses, able to function in high temperature zones such as the engine bay.
II: Wire protection: ABS can be used to make automotive wiring harness outer protective sleeve, play a wear-resistant, flame-retardant, anti-corrosion, prevent interference, reduce noise and other functions. It can protect the wire from the damage of the external environment and extend the service life of the wire.
III: Flame retardant performance: ABS has good flame retardant performance and meets the safety requirements of automotive electrical wiring harnesses. The wire harness in the engine compartment and near other heat sources shall be flame retardant wire with temperature resistance not less than 125ºC, and the wire in other parts shall be flame retardant wire with temperature resistance not less than 105ºC. The flame retardancy of ABS can improve the safety performance of wiring harnesses and reduce fire risks.
