Double Bottles Automatic Protection Commercial Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System
System Overview
This advanced commercial kitchen fire suppression system features dual bottle configuration for enhanced protection, automatically detecting and extinguishing fires in kitchen hoods and cooking equipment.
Activation Methods
1. Automatic Activation
Thermal Detection: System activates when hood temperature reaches 183°C-185°C preset threshold
Fire Extinguishing Agent Release: Automatically releases agents (dry powder, water-based) through atomizing nozzles
Cooling Process: Activates water flow valve to spray cooling water for approximately two minutes
2. Manual Activation
Fire Detection: Early stage fire detection by on-site personnel
Device Operation: Remove safety pin, pull ring, or press button to activate drive valve
Extinguishing Observation: Monitor fire source and implement follow-up measures
3. Mechanical Emergency Activation
Failure Confirmation: Used when automatic and manual methods fail
Public Institutions: Schools, Hospitals, Government Units
Special Locations: High-Rise Buildings, Special Industries
Regulated Locations: High-Risk Fire Units, Large Commercial Complexes
