Insulated FM200 Fire Extinguishing System Without Pollution For Power Room
Fire extinguishing agent FM200, also known as heptafluoropropane (HFC-227ea), is a cleaning agent that can quickly and effectively extinguish fires in different environments. It absorbs the heat of the fire source and interrupts the chemical chain reaction of the flame to extinguish the fire. It is a colorless, odorless, no residue gas, safe for electronic equipment and data, and basically harmless to the human body.
Physical and Chemical Properties
Chemical Formula: C3HF7 (Heptafluoropropane)
Colorless and Odorless: Difficult to detect without specialized equipment
Non-Corrosive: Does not react with or damage metals, plastics, or other materials
Low Toxicity: Safe for human occupancy when used according to guidelines
High Boiling Point: 16.4°C (61.5°F) - remains gaseous at room temperature
Non-Conductive: Safe for use around electrical equipment
Low Global Warming Potential: GWP of 0.02, much lower than halon
Rapid Extinguishing Action: Extinguishes fires quickly by removing heat and interrupting chemical reactions
