The HONEPAN 450DA servo rotary table is engineered for large-dial applications that combine heavy payloads with demanding positioning requirements. Its generous flange output supports wide dial plates, while the cam indexer core guarantees smooth, locked indexing at every station — giving you the load capacity of a heavy rotary table with the precision of a cam mechanism.
Designed to pair with servo drives, the 450DA offloads holding torque to its mechanical lock, so the servo only works during the index motion. This improves energy efficiency, reduces motor heat, and keeps each station rigidly positioned even when the servo is idle.
Continuous servo rotation drives the globoidal cam, which engages the flange output's needle rollers to advance the dial through one station. During dwell, the cam's flat section locks the flange mechanically, holding heavy loads without servo holding torque. This mechanical lock provides fail-safe positioning and reduces energy consumption.

A hardened globoidal cam engages needle roller followers on the output turret, advancing it one station per revolution and mechanically locking it during dwell — no electronic feedback, sensor, or brake is required.
