This aluminum cover combines safety and durability. Its standing seam aluminum slats provide superior resistance against both water and sharp objects. The integrated locking mechanism prevents unauthorized access. With a built-in sealing and drainage system, it keeps your cargo area dry and protected from UV rays, dust, rain, and snow—even during vehicle washes.
STRUCTURE:
The cover includes aluminum slats, two side rails, and an aluminum canister featuring a drainage and tension control system. The canister also serves to store slats when the cover is retracted.
VISUAL APPEARANCE:
Designed to be nearly flush with the truck bed, this aluminum cover supports up to 600 lbs of evenly distributed weight. The dark matte powder-coated surface resists scratches and corrosion. Unlike tri-fold covers, it does not obstruct rear visibility when opened, ensuring safe driving.
EASY TO USE:
Unlock the cover, and it will slide toward the cabin along the side rails, requiring no tailgate lowering. It can be operated with one hand, avoiding cumbersome snaps and heavy lifting.
INSTALLATION:
Clamp installation is straightforward, with no drilling required (although some models may need holes for drainage). The cover and tailgate lock automatically when closed, offering enhanced security compared to soft tarps.

SEALING COMPONENTS:
Seal sponge and rubber strips are installed at the bulkhead and bed rails, with additional fittings on the tailgate.

The T-slots in the two side rails simplify the installation of various truck bed rack types and accessories. Most truck bed racks are compatible with the T-slot. Additional details are shown in the image.
The truck bed rail is not completely covered by the side rails near the cab. This design aims to allow for specific roll bar installations while ensuring there is enough room for mounting without detracting from the bed cover's look.
Since the truck bed is not rectangular, unlike the rectangular bed cover, the two side rails adjacent to the tailgate fully cover the bed rail, while the side rails near the cab do not.
