The automatic bag packing machine is a multi-function packaging system designed for rice, sugar, salt and flour bags. It completes weighing, forming, filling and sealing in one continuous process, turning roll film into finished pouches at high speed with accurate weight control. Built with stainless steel 304/316 and offering flexible speed and dimension options, this machine is a reliable solution for food, beverage and daily commodity producers who need consistent, efficient bag packing.
The machine integrates the complete bag packing workflow: precise weighing of rice, sugar, salt, flour or other granular and powdery products, automatic bag forming from film, accurate filling, and firm sealing. The multi-function packaging machine handles different bag types — 3-side seal and back seal — and switches between stand-up pouches, flat bags and film pouches, giving producers one machine for multiple packaging formats.
A PLC-based control system manages the whole packing cycle, including weighing accuracy, filling volume and sealing parameters. Operators can adjust settings to match different products and bag sizes, while the customizable speed options allow the machine to be tuned to your production rhythm — from 5 bags/min for small batches up to 80 bags/min for high-volume lines.
This automatic bag packing machine is ideal for rice, sugar, salt, flour, grains, powder and granule products, widely used in food & beverage factories, food shops, retail, farms and restaurants, as well as chemical and daily commodity industries.
