Introduction

A 5L edible oil filling line exists for one reason: to move large-format oil jugs quickly and accurately, without spills, without giveaway and without heavy manual handling. Built around 5L PET jugs, the system covers filling, capping, labeling and case packing, so bulk cooking oil leaves your plant ready for shelves, wholesalers or distributor trucks.

The dosing heart of this bulk cooking oil filling line is a 10-head flowmeter type edible oil filling machine that meters every jug individually, backed by downstream stations balanced to the same rhythm — about 1,500 jugs per hour (customizable).

Reliability is designed in: every machine is water-trial-run as one complete line before shipment, and our engineers support you with layout, installation and commissioning on site.

The Challenge

Filling big containers creates problems small bottles rarely cause. Dripping nozzles stain jug necks, caps and fresh labels. On a 5L product, even a small overfill multiplied by thousands of jugs a day is expensive giveaway. Manual capping, labeling and lifting of heavy jugs is slow, tiring work that is hard to staff. And when a filler, a capper and a packer come from different suppliers, nobody owns the interface between them — which usually means delays and finger-pointing during commissioning.
