This automatic flat labeling machine is specially engineered to apply self-adhesive labels onto the flat surfaces of cans, jars, trays, boxes, bags, and wooden packaging. Trusted by canning plants and food packaging workshops, this food labeling machine delivers accurate, wrinkle-free results at up to 100 pcs/min (speed customizable) with ±1 mm positioning accuracy.
Driven by a PLC control system with a color touchscreen, this self-adhesive labeling machine keeps every label centered and flat on the product surface. All contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel for food-grade hygiene, and conveyor speed and labeling head position are field-adjustable (customizable) to fit different product sizes and line speeds.
Containers are conveyed into the labeling station, where the photoelectric sensor reads the position of each can or jar. The label is stripped from its liner and laid onto the container surface in sync with the product flow, then rolled flat for a firm bond. Output is counted automatically before the products move on to the next station or an automatic labeling line.
For plants that also need side decoration, a front and back labeler covers the container body while the flat labeler handles the lid. As a can labeling machine, it works as a key station in a food canning line, keeping label quality consistent at high output.
