Once empty cans reach the testing position on the turntable, the sealing disk closes the open end and injects compressed air. A precision pressure sensor captures the initial pressure value, followed by a second reading after the holding period. The system analyzes the pressure difference to automatically reject defective cans. Each testing station has an independent air circuit to eliminate cross-interference from adjacent positions, ensuring reliable results.
