The TR16’s splash-proof and rain-resistant rating, combined with sealed panel and housing, effectively prevents water intrusion from waves, rainfall, or deck washing. This ensures long-term stability during navigation and berthing, reducing failures caused by internal component short circuits and enhancing durability in marine settings.
During berthing, vessels rely on batteries to power monitoring and safety systems. The TR16’s ultra-low power consumption (12mA operational, 0.6mA standby) minimizes drain on limited shipboard battery capacity, making it ideal for extended standby periods.
The TR16’s circular form factor fits standard marine instrument panel cutouts for seamless installation. Optional green, yellow, and white backlighting allow it to blend seamlessly with different dashboard styles. Customizable faceplates allow shipyards to add logos for cohesive dashboard styling.
From small fishing boats (12V/24V) to large yachts (48V+), the TR16 supports 8–120V voltage and 0–500A current inputs, adapting to various low-voltage DC marine systems. Its stable performance accurately tracks charge/discharge currents, aiding in generator efficiency evaluation and inverter load assessment for precise energy management.
