The RECS is a module designed to collect battery data and transmit it externally. It incorporates a built-in 300A high-precision shunt, supporting wireless communication (Bluetooth, WiFi, 4G) and wired transmission (RS485/UART) via a private protocol. Equipped with two control output interfaces, it can connect to external relays or power-off switches. The module locally records data through its built-in storage and transmits it to apps or cloud platforms, providing an intelligent battery management solution for energy storage systems and electric engineering vehicles.
Designed for electric vehicle fleets such as forklifts and golf carts, the module can be incorporated into fleet management solutions to deliver precise, real-time battery data. Via WiFi or 4G networks, multiple devices can simultaneously connect to a cloud management platform.
Managers can remotely monitor real-time battery status and historical data for each vehicle, improve maintenance plans based on accurate battery metrics, and configure alarm functions (low SOC alarm, high/low voltage alarm, big current alarm, etc.). This extends battery life effectively and greatly reduces fleet operating costs.
The RECS enables real-time synchronization of battery data (voltage, current, remaining capacity, etc.) to your mobile app via stable Bluetooth or WiFi connections. It also supports viewing peak values and cumulative statistics.
