With an operational current of just 8mA and a standby current as low as 0.8mA, the device minimizes its impact on the battery. An auto-standby mode activates after periods of inactivity, ensuring prolonged operation without draining the battery—critical for maintaining overall endurance.
Over-discharging is a major risk to battery lifespan and safety. The TK15’s built-in low-capacity alarm provides a proactive solution: when the battery level drops below a preset threshold, an audible buzzer alerts the user to take action. This directly prevents damage from over-discharging, adding a vital layer of protection for long-term reliability and safety.
