The TR16 is a battery monitor designed for industrial vehicles like electric forklifts. In the high-intensity, cyclic operation of forklifts, operators and managers need real-time battery status updates to maintain efficiency, schedule charging, and prevent over-discharge. With its simple interface and stable performance, the TR16 provides an intuitive and reliable battery information display solution for electric forklifts.
The TR16’s interface is meticulously designed for clarity. It consists of three key elements: a core parameter area (manually switching between voltage, current, capacity, and SOC via a button), an intuitive power indicator bar showing remaining battery percentage, and a clear charging/discharging/idle status icon. This design ensures forklift operators can quickly access critical information at a glance.
Electric forklifts often operate in dusty, humid, or splash-prone environments (e.g., cold storage warehouses, washing areas). The TR16’s high ingress protection rating effectively resists dust and water splashes, ensuring stable operation and longevity in harsh industrial conditions.
As the battery is the core power source for forklifts, auxiliary devices must minimize energy draw. The TR16 consumes only 12mA during operation and as low as 0.6mA in standby mode (e.g., during loading/unloading pauses). This ultra-low power design helps extend the forklift’s effective working time per charge.
The TR16’s circular housing allows easy integration into forklift control panels with minimal cutout requirements. Optional green, yellow, or white backlighting adapts to different dashboard styles. Its rugged construction ensures reliability amid vibrations and temperature fluctuations typical in forklift operations.
