Different foods, fruits and vegetables require different components and proportions of fresh-keeping gas.
The difference between vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging
1. The vacuum packaging machine automatically seals the packaging bag immediately after pumping it into a low vacuum. Due to the high vacuum in the bag, there is very little remaining air, which effectively inhibits the reproduction of bacteria and other microorganisms, and avoids food oxidation, mildew and Rotting, after vacuum packaging of some soft items, the packaging volume can be reduced, which is convenient for transportation and storage. Vacuum packaging puts the food into the packaging bag, extracts the air from the packaging bag, and completes the sealing process after reaching the predetermined vacuum Packaging is not suitable for fragile food packaging.
2. Modified atmosphere preservation packaging is to put food in a prefabricated box, and exhaust the air in the prefabricated box through a positive pressure system, fill the prefabricated box with the gas in proportion through the mixer, and then seal the prefabricated box, and then seal the prefabricated box. The color and taste of the food will not change, the color of the fresh meat inside will be rosy and elastic, the nutrition in the meat will not be lost, and the food inside will be in a state of sleep, so that nitrogen and carbon dioxide can reach the suppression.
