This machine is mainly used for packaging materials with good fluidity, such as rice, grains, dry seasonings, seeds, salt, feed, monosodium glutamate, dried fruits, sugar and other quantitative packaging. In the working process, only manual bagging is required, and the measuring bagging operation is completed by a machine. Job description: After the equipment is installed, it is energized and ventilated. After the packaging parameters are input to the control system, the machine is started, the feeding mechanism of the packaging machine is started, and the materials in the raw material warehouse are automatically flowed into the measuring hopper through the gate, and the sensor will measure the materials in the hopper. The weight is transmitted to the control instrument, and the instrument stops the fast closing (closing part of the gate) in a timely manner according to the set parameters, the slow feeding mechanism continues to work, and the slow feeding mechanism stops when the set packaging weight is reached. Manually set the pre-made packaging bag to the machine blanking opening, Touch the travel switch, the machine automatically clamps the packaging bag, and the bag personnel leave to take the packaging bag used for the second packaging. At the same time, the control system automatically discharges the materials in the measuring hopper into the packaging bag. After a delay of a few tenths of a second, open the bag clamping device (loose bag) to complete a bagging measurement. The packed bags are then conveyed by the conveying mechanism to the sealing machine for sealing.
