Introduction of Capsule/Tablet Inspection Machine
The product flows from the feed hopper into a vibratory chute where a perforated screen eliminates coarse dust and chips which are then collected in a collecting container.
The product enters the inspection stage in a single layer. The capsules and tablets are placed on rotating rollers and are continuously turned in front of the operator which ensures a reliable all-sided inspection. An adjustable mirror enables the operator to examine the far side of the product. Optionally the rotation speed of the inspection rollers is adjustable with a separate drive unit (refer to roller speed adjustment), independent of the inspection speed (refer to conveying speed adjustment).
Working Priciple of Capsule/Tablet Inspection Machine
The product to e inspected are fed into a vibratory chute from the feeding hopper. They go through inspection stage in the form of single layer. Then the perforated screen installed in vibratory chute eliminates those products with coarse granules and chips which are collected in a container. The capsules and tablets fron the vibratory chute are placed on rotating rollers and are continuously turned & moved in the front of the operator, who can use the adjustable mirror to inspect the opposite parts of the products. The rotation speed of the inspection rollers is adjustable individually, independent of the inspection speed.
Performance and advantages of Capsule/Tablet Inspection Machine
1. The turnover speed and inspection speed of capsule and tablet can be stepless speed regulation, and there is no dead Angle or blind area in the whole inspection process
2. The roller is made of fda-approved light-transmitting high-density polymer, which is more suitable for testing the soft capsules of transparent and semi-transparent hard capsules when opening the bottom light.
3. Handheld vacuum nozzle is convenient for operators to remove unqualified tablets and reduce the chance of contact between hands and drugs, which conforms to the GMP standard.
4. The foot switch can stop the conveyor belt at any time. When the foot switch is pressed, the medicine still keeps rolling
