The dashcam requires stable power to boot up. Verify the power connection is secure using the original car charger. Check for loose connectors at the dashcam port. If issues persist, contact our after-sales support team.
Disconnect power and restart the device. Try replacing or formatting the SD card (compatible with CLASS 10 U1 SD cards, 8GB-256GB). If problems continue, contact customer service immediately.

This model uses a super-capacitor instead of a built-in lithium battery. It cannot power on without being connected to a car charger. Use the included car charger connected to your vehicle's lighter port to activate the device.
