Product Introduction
PTC heating element, also known as PTC heater, is composed of PTC ceramic heating element and aluminum tube. This type of PTC heating element has the advantages of low thermal resistance and high heat transfer efficiency, making it an automatic constant temperature and energy-saving electric heater. The prominent feature lies in its safety performance. Under any application, there will be no surface "redness" phenomenon such as electric heating tube heaters, which can cause safety hazards such as burns and fires.
Working principle of PTC
The working principle of PTC heaters is based on the characteristics of positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors. This heater is composed of PTC ceramic heating elements and aluminum tubes, which have the advantages of low thermal resistance and high heat transfer efficiency. PTC heaters can automatically maintain a constant temperature, save electricity, and will not produce surface redness like electric heating tube heaters in any application, thus avoiding safety hazards such as burns and fires
Usage
The car preheater can automatically start after the vehicle stops, converting the heat from the engine into hot air, and sending the hot air into the cabin through the ventilation system inside the car, providing a warm environment. Even in cold winter, drivers can immediately feel the warm air after getting on the car, improving driving comfort. In addition, some advanced preheaters are also equipped with remote control and timing systems, which can easily heat up your car at any time, equivalent to a car warming up compartment, allowing for early preheating of both the engine and the interior without the need to start the engine.
