WINTAI-9006 Dual Fuel Turbo Fan Spray Booth is the ultimate flexible solution for body shops operating in regions with variable energy availability or fluctuating fuel prices. The unique dual-fuel burner system allows operators to switch between diesel and natural gas/LPG at the touch of a button, optimizing fuel costs based on market conditions. This booth is especially valued in developing markets where gas infrastructure is expanding, as well as in facilities wanting fuel redundancy for business continuity. WINTAI's dual-fuel technology is field-proven across 150+ installations in Africa, Middle East, and South Asia.
Main Features
1) Dual Fuel Burner: Single burner head compatible with both diesel and natural gas/LPG. Automatic fuel detection and switching via Schneider PLC. No mechanical modification needed to change fuels.
2) Wallboard: 50mm EPS sandwich panels, 0.5mm galvanized steel. Rock wool upgrade available. Thermal break design for energy efficiency.
3) Basement: Galvanized steel + square tube construction. 350mm pit. 3 rows ventilation grids + 2 rows checkered plates. Anti-corrosion coating.
4) Air System: 8.0KW intake turbo fan + 6.0KW exhaust turbo fan. BELIMO damper. Air velocity 0.35 m/s. 300 air changes/hour at full speed.
5) Fuel System: Common fuel manifold with auto-switching valve. Separate fuel filters for diesel and gas. Fuel consumption monitoring per cycle.
6) IR Lighting: 34 ceiling IR LED lamps + 18 side wall lamps. 1350 Lux. Energy-efficient LED drivers. 50,000-hour lamp life rating.
7) Filtration: F5 ceiling filter + fiberglass/polyester composite floor filter. 98.2% air cleanliness. Active carbon + dry filter exhaust system.
