WINTAI-9007 Economy Compact Spray Booth is the ideal entry-level solution for small body shops, start-up repair businesses, motorcycle/ATV painting, parts refinishing, and facilities with limited floor space. With a footprint of just 26m² (external), it fits into workshops where standard booths cannot. Despite its compact size, the 9007 delivers professional-grade results: 24 IR lamps provide uniform curing, turbo fans ensure proper ventilation, and active carbon exhaust filtration meets environmental requirements. WINTAI has supplied over 800 compact booths to small and medium enterprises across 60+ countries.
Main Features
1) Compact Footprint: External 5.8*4.5m — fits in spaces as small as 30m². Ideal for urban workshops, basement garages, and container-based operations.
2) Wallboard: 50mm EPS sandwich panels, 0.45mm steel skin. Lightweight yet durable. Galvanized steel roof. Quick bolt-together assembly (2-person, 2 days).
3) Basement: Galvanized steel frame, 250mm pit (or surface-mount option). 2 rows ventilation grids + 2 rows checkered plates. Ramps included.
4) Door: 2 front doors (2500*2400mm). 1 emergency/safety door. Tempered glass viewing windows. Compact yet functional access.
5) Air System: 5.5KW intake turbo fan + 4.0KW exhaust turbo fan. Electric damper. Air velocity 0.3 m/s. 280 air changes/hour.
6) Diesel Burner: Compact 180,000 Kcal/h diesel burner. Stainless steel heat exchanger. Fuel consumption: 4-5 kg/vehicle. 85% thermal efficiency.
