WINTAI-9004 is the all-electric solution for body shops prioritizing zero on-site emissions, low noise, and reduced operational complexity. The 34 ceiling IR lamps combined with 8 side IR panel arrays deliver precise, targeted heating without combustion byproducts — ideal for enclosed urban workshops, EV service centers, and facilities with strict fire safety requirements. VFD-controlled turbo fans automatically adjust speed based on operating mode, reducing energy consumption by up to 35% compared to fixed-speed systems. WINTAI has been innovating electric spray booth technology since 2016 with installations across Europe, Japan, and North America.
Main Features
1) Wallboard: EPS sandwich, 50mm, 0.5mm galvanized steel. Optional rock wool upgrade for cold climate operations. Thermal bridging minimized.
2) Basement: Galvanized steel + square tube frame. 300mm pit. 3 rows ventilation grids + 2 rows checkered plates. Ramps included.
3) Door: 3 front doors (3000*2600mm). 1 emergency door. Aluminum frame windows. Optional motorized roller shutter upgrade.
4) Air System: 7.5KW + 5.5KW VFD turbo fans. BELIMO electric damper. Fan speed auto-adjusts per spray/bake/cool-down mode. Energy saving.
5) Electric Heating: 34 ceiling IR LED lamps (16W each) + 8 side IR panel arrays (3*1KW each, total 24KW). Zone-based activation for targeted curing.
6) IR Panel Technology: Gold-coated ceramic reflectors with 94% radiant efficiency. Short-wave IR penetrates paint film for inside-out curing.
7) Lighting: 34 ceiling LED + 16 side ambient LEDs. 1300 Lux. 5000K color temperature. Flicker-free electronic drivers.
8) Control: Schneider PLC with PID temperature algorithm maintaining ±1°C accuracy. 15 programmable profiles. Energy consumption tracking per cycle.
