This European type diesel spray booth with turbo fan is widely used in automotive, furniture and other industry. It creats a
perfect dustless space for painting and baking cars, furniture and other products. It uses turbo fans as intake & exhaust fans,
easy to maintain. It uses active carbon filter so the final emission air is more clean.It uses 3 ROWS OF GRIDS and 2 ROWS of
checkered plates so the air can be recycled more quickly.
Main Features
1) Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness.
Galvanized steel roof panel.
2) Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. 3 rows of grids with floor filter & 2 rows of checkered
plates. Full ramps.
3)Door: 3 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2600(h). 1 pc of emergency door.
Watching window with aluminum frame.
4)Air Circulation System: 1 x 7.5kw direct drive intake fan, 1x5.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
5)Burner: Italy RielloRG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60.C). Max. temperature
at 80.C. Fuel consumption is 5-6kg/vehicle.
6) Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.
7) Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps.1200 Lux.
8) Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter is M pattern nonwoven filter bags. It can capture granules
larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
9) Pollution Control System: Special configure with M pattern Active Carbon pocket Filter System.
