Description:

The VVT valve regulates the intake timing by controlling the oil pressure, thereby adjusting the overlap time and timing of the engine's intake and exhaust systems. This technology can reduce fuel consumption and enhance engine efficiency. The working principle of the VVT valve is based on the duty cycle signal provided by the engine ECU to control the left and right movement of the spool valve, thereby controlling the direction of the oil passage to the camshaft. If the direction of the lubricating oil flowing out is the same as the rotation direction of the camshaft timing gear, the valve opening time will be advanced. Conversely, it will be delayed.

OCV valve working principle:
The engine system is to control the change of OCV valve oil passage to realize the control of CVVT in advance or specific lag to achieve the control of timing change and intake volume, so as to achieve the best working condition of the engine.
