T-Slot End Mill (Chidori Tooth) is welded with carbide teeth and suitable for the slot milling mainly for milling the workpiece of T-shaped slot or groove of side surface. Staggered Tooth T-Slot End Mill (Chidori Tooth) processing load will be lower than Straight Tooth T-Slot End Mill, as well as more effectively to break and release chip to reduce processing obstruction.
Specifications
T550 T-Slot milling cutter series adopt domestic high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material, flexural strength: 4100mpa, particle size: 0.8 μm. There are two categories for aluminum and steel respectively. T-Slot milling cutter for steel is coated by imported coating equipment (black / copper), specially suitable for aluminum, copper, ordinary medium and low carbon steel, alloy steel and other materials processing. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all T550 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
