Corner Rounding Milling Cutters High Precision Corner Round End Mills For High Speed Cutting
Solid carbide tools offer long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, but are more brittle and must be used with rigid toolholding systems. Uncoated tools feature just the base substrate without any additional treatment or coatings and are suitable for a wide range of applications. Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems. Can provide uniform finish on corners. Radius is form relieved.
Specifications
N550 Carbide Corner Radius End mill cutter series adopt domestic high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material, flexural strength: 4100mpa, grain size: 0.8μm. There are two categories for aluminum and steel respectively. The internal R milling cutter for steel is coated by imported coating equipment (black / Bronze), especially suitable for aluminum, copper, ordinary medium and low carbon steel, alloy steel and other materials processing. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all N550 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.
