A narrow edge belt is ground on the back tool surface to create the clearance angle, a design that contributes to long tool life through well-chosen cutting geometry. Sharp-tooth milling cutters feature three types of tooth back configurations: straight, curved, and broken. The straight type is commonly used in fine-tooth cutters. Curved and broken tooth backs, by contrast, offer superior tooth strength, making them suitable for withstanding heavy cutting loads—thus typically found in coarse-tooth milling cutters.

A. Usually it will take about 25-30 days for production. But for new molds, the lead time may need 10 days more to open molds. If you need the goods urgently, we could try to push for and shorten the delivery time.

A. No limit for MOQ. For non-standard products, mold fee need to be paid, but can be refunded later.
