The slab is directly sent to the slab warehouse of the hot rolling workshop by the continuous casting machine billet roller table of the steelmaking and continuous casting workshop. The directly hot-packed billet is sent to the furnace roller table of the heating furnace for heating. The billet that cannot be directly hot-packed is hoisted into the heat preservation pit by the crane. After heat preservation, it is hoisted to the material rack by the crane and then heated by the furnace roller table roller table, leaving the possibility of direct rolling. The continuous casting slab is transported into the slab warehouse by the continuous casting workshop through the slab feeding roller table or slab unloading roller table. Before the slab reaches the entrance point, the technical data about the slab has been sent to the computer system of the hot rolling mill by the computer system of the continuous casting workshop, and the relevant data of the slab is displayed on the monitor so that the staff can check and receive the qualified slab without defects. In addition, the slab after manual inspection and cleaning transported through the cross-car also needs to be checked and accepted and input into the computer. The flow direction of the slab entering the slab warehouse is determined by the slab warehouse computer management system according to the rolling plan.
