Carbon fiber tube is made of carbon fiber composite pre-dipped into phenylethylene polyester resin and heated, solidified, and extruded (entangled).
Carbon fiber is the ultimate material for the fire staff and other long props. Perfectly straight, incredibly stiff, and ultra-lightweight, this material is ideal for contact staff. It won't bend and will far outlast aluminum construction. The direction of the fibers and thickness of the wall minimizes flexing which makes it much more responsive and eliminates wobbles. The matte finish is ideal for ensuring the grip material stays affixed to the staff and never causes problems.
Product Description
We use different molds to produce carbon fiber pillars of different shapes, such as round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, octagonal tubes and so on. In the production process, we can also pack 3K for surface packaging and beautification.
Technical Characteristics

The tensile strength is several times higher than that of ordinary steel, and its elastic modulus is better than that of steel. It has excellent creep resistance, corrosion resistance, and shock resistance.

It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and atmospheric environment, and does not need regular maintenance.
