Premium quality 0.0118'' carbon fiber veneer sheets made from Toray T300 3K carbon fiber fabric & epoxy resin. Special technology ensures flawless gloss on both sides or a perfect matte finish.
2x2 twill weave pattern 3K ultra-thin carbon fiber veneer sheet. Every carbon fiber veneer is fabricated with a single layer of high-strength 100% real carbon fiber pre-preg fabric.
Advantages:
The 0.118'' flexible carbon fiber veneer sheets are usually used as the top layer of the model base to reflect the car model, flying model, etc. It is also a better choice for decoration, such as for automotive skinning, skinning consumer electronics, luxury Name Cards, decorative furniture, etc.
Technical Details
In general, the carbon fiber sheets are made of orthotropic laminates, and the carbon fiber prepreg fabric was layed at 0°/90° orientation. Of course, we can also offer you the quasi-isotropic carbon fiber plates in which the carbon fiber prepreg fabric was layed at 0°/90°/45° orientation. It is more stiffness at 45° degrees. the max size of carbon fiber plates can be 3000*8000mm, thickness is up to 60mm.
