These high quality carbon fiber sheets come in various sizes, made from 100%, 3K plain weave, carbon fiber and finished with a matt surface on both sides. Unlike many low cost carbon sheets that are made by pressing two outer skins of carbon fibre over a carbon and resin core, these plates are made with layered sheets of carbon fibre and resin, making them the same strength all the way through.

Whether you're making your own drone frames, car chassis, firewalls, bulkheads or any other custom designs that require high strength, lightweight material, these quality carbon fiber sheets are more than up to the task.

The characteristic of plain weave is that the warp and weft are interwoven in a regular pattern, that is, the warp and weft are interlaced every other yarn, so there are many interweaving points, and the fabric is firm, wear-resistant, stiff and flat.

Our high-gloss carbon fiber sheets are made of 100% genuine carbon fiber, using a 2x2 twill weave fabric. One side of the carbon fiber sheet carries a mirror-like high gloss finish, while the back is pre-textured to bond to any surface, using the optional 3M high-performance double-sided adhesive (arrives unattached). Features:

• Performance: flat appearance, no bubbles and other defects, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali salt resistance and atmospheric environment corrosion resistance, high hardness, high impact strength, no creep, high modulus, low density and low linear expansion coefficient.
• Process: multi layer carbon fiber cloth is pre-impregnated with imported epoxy resin and then laminated at high temperature.
• 3k, 12K carbon fiber, plain / twill, bright / matte,
• Application: UAV model, aircraft, medical CT bed board, X-ray filter grid, rail transit parts and other sporting goods, etc.

Our company produces carbon fiber board with high resistance of 200 ℃ – 1000 ℃, which can continue to maintain its physical properties in the environment with gradually rising temperature. Its flame retardant level is 94-V0, which can achieve high standard results without deformation
