Standard Thicknesses High Modulus Industrial 1MM Carbon Fiber Sheet
LIJIN's Carbon Fibre sheets and panels are suitable for a multitude of applications from automotive to marine to commercial to use in the home and much more. We manufacture Carbon flat sheets from high-quality pre-preg Carbon Fibre in thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm up to 5.0mm. Thinner sheets are suitable for use as cosmetic trim, thicker panels can be used to make dashboards or door panels, interior trim, or structural components.
These sheets are made using 2X2 twill weave 3k carbon fibre (on either side) and unidirectional carbon in between orientated at +/- 45 degrees. (giving high stiffness) in the construction. It is the highest-grade carbon fibre sheet available. The manufacturing process we use gives a perfect finish, without pinholes or surface imperfections.
The sheet is available in different thicknesses and sizes, to suit your application.
Applications include Drone parts (we also offer a CNC cutting service for this sheet), Structural brackets, High aesthetic parts which require both strength and a high-quality finish on both sides, parts that require a high heat resistance (this carbon sheet will withstand prolonged temperatures of 100 degrees C).
