LIJIN standard sheets are manufactured using a 0/90 layup schedule, where fibers alternate in the 0 and 90 deg directions. This balance of fiber directions provides a good balance of cost and mechanical properties and is suited for most applications. All Elevated Materials sheets are manufactured in a hot press, yielding an extremely low void fraction.
We manufacture carbon fiber sheets or panels of top quality. Matt and gloss surfaces are available in several different sizes and thicknesses. We offer up to 25 mm a thickness (1 inch), and size up to 1000x3600 centimeters (3.28 feet to 11.8 feet). All of our carbon fibre sheets are manufactured from high-quality prepreg and we deliver worldwide!
Our high-gloss carbon fiber sheets are made of 100% genuine carbon fiber, using a 2x2 twill weave fabric. One side of the carbon fiber sheet carries a mirror-like high gloss finish, while the back is pre-textured to bond to any surface, using the optional 3M high-performance double-sided adhesive (arrives unattached). The finish is perfect for high-end decorative applications. Please see below for more information on each carbon fiber sheet's thickness to better understand what makes sense for your application.
