Lightweight & Durable Composite Panel - 100% 3K Matte Finish Carbon Fiber Plate
Made from high-strength PAN-based carbon fibers (T300/T700/T800 grade, 3,000 filaments per tow), our 3K carbon fiber sheet is a high-performance laminate impregnated with epoxy resin or high-temperature thermoplastics (such as PEEK or PPS). The material is hot-pressed and cured under 0.3–5 MPa at 120–180°C. The surface retains the iconic 3K twill or plain weave, offering both mechanical strength and aesthetic appeal. Internally, it features 0°/90°/±45° quasi-isotropic lay-up for balanced in-plane strength and stiffness.
These high-quality carbon fiber sheets come in various thicknesses, made from 100% 3K plain weave carbon fiber and finished with a matte surface on both sides. Unlike many low-cost carbon sheets that are made by pressing two outer skins of carbon fiber over a carbon and resin core, these plates are made with layered sheets of carbon fiber and resin, making them the same strength all the way through.
Whether you're making your own drone frames, car chassis, firewalls, bulkheads, or any other custom designs that require high-strength, lightweight material, these quality carbon fiber sheets are more than up to the task.
