Our 3K Carbon Fiber Tube is a lightweight, high-strength composite tubing solution available with different surface finishes and carbon fiber weave patterns to meet a wide range of structural and appearance requirements. Customers can choose between glossy or matte surfaces, as well as plain weave or twill weave carbon fiber, depending on the intended application and desired appearance.
Made from high-quality 3K carbon fiber, these tubes provide an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, high stiffness, good dimensional stability, and outstanding corrosion resistance. Compared with traditional metal tubing, carbon fiber tubes offer significant weight savings while maintaining excellent mechanical performance, making them ideal for weight-sensitive applications.
The glossy finish provides a smooth, reflective surface that highlights the distinctive carbon fiber pattern and creates a premium appearance. The matte finish offers a more understated, professional look while helping reduce surface reflections. Both finishes can be combined with plain weave or twill weave carbon fiber to create different visual effects.
Plain weave carbon fiber features a clean, uniform checkerboard pattern and is widely used where a neat and technical appearance is preferred.
