Super High Strength 20mm x 16mm x 1000mm Carbon Fiber Tube - Pultruded Round Tube

 

Pultruded round carbon fiber tubes are created by pulling linearly oriented carbon fibers through a resin bath and then a series of heated tooling to create the specified inner and outer diameters of the tube. Carbon tubes are especially stiff longitudinally, due to the unidirectional orientation of the fibers. These tubes are stiff, lightweight composites that can be used in a variety of applications, including robotics, aerospace, industrial equipment, and more.

 

Pultruded carbon fiber tube is the ultimate push rod since it contains 95% unidirectional carbon fiber running longitudinally and is covered with a light glass scrim. This design offers a high stiffness-to-weight ratio and makes this tube ideal for 1/4 scale aircraft pushrods, and slope soarer and helicopter tail booms, as well as reinforcement rods in lightweight constructions such as model cars, musical instruments, trade show presentations, etc.

 

Carbon fiber tubing utilizing advanced Nanotechnology. These lightweight pur carbon fiber tubes are carbon hollow rods with 1mm carbon fiber walls yet extremely strong. Round carbon fibre tubes made of 100% carbon fiber with a glossy finish, Tubes are made from 3K Tow carbon fiber weave, which means each weave group consists of 3000 carbon nano tubes with these Tow's woven in a weave pattern giving both vertical and horizontal strength. These tubes can have any number of uses including RC cars and planes, projects requiring high strength-to-weight ratios, drones and more.

This means pultruded products will not rot or rust, requiring minimal maintenance.   4. Durable - Composites are durable and have a long life span, which means they need to be replaced less often than conventional materials. Pultrusion composites last longer than wood and are also lighter.
  5. Fire-Safety - Fire-resistance additives can be added to pultruded composites, making them safer and compliant with fire safety regulations.
  6. Thermal Insulation - Composites have a lower thermal conductivity, especially compared to metals, making them a great alternative for structures that need to minimize energy loss.
  7. Electrical Insulation - Pultruded materials are also non-conductive and good for current-carrying applications, such as utility poles.
