The engineers will formulate the layup method of carbon fiber plate according to the customer’s specifications to meet different physical properties. The laminating directions of prepregs include 0, +45°and 90. The 0°laminating corresponds to normal stress, the +45 laminating corresponds to shear stress, and the 90 laminating is used to ensure the radial direction of the carbon fiber board to load the positive pressure.
