Product Description

H Beam is an efficient hot-rolled structural section shaped like the letter H, with parallel flange surfaces and optimized web-to-flange proportions. It offers strong bending resistance, easy welding and bolting, and is 30–40% lighter than traditional I-beams for the same load capacity. Available in narrow (HN/IPE), medium (HM) and wide (HW/HEB) flange types from 100 mm to 1000 mm, our H beams are the primary choice for steel buildings, bridges, industrial plants and heavy equipment frames.

Usage & Notes

· Store indoors on flat dunnage; protect web and flange ends from damage.

· Hot-dip galvanized or painted surfaces are recommended for outdoor projects.

· Welding follows EN 1011-2; preheat for sections over 40 mm thick.

· Design loads must follow Eurocode 3 / AISC / GB 50017 according to project location.

Shipping, Payment & Packaging

Delivery time: 10–25 working days after deposit, depending on sizes and quantity.

Payment terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) or L/C at sight.

Packaging: Bare bundles with steel strips; seaworthy export packing for container or bulk vessel.

Loading capacity: 20' GP approx. 28 tons; 40' GP approx. 26 tons; bulk vessel up to 5000 tons.

After-sales Service

We supply EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate before shipment. If any quality issue is confirmed by SGS / BV, replacement or compensation will be negotiated. Custom cutting, drilling, shot blasting, painting and OEM orders are welcome.
