Product Description
Steel channel is a U-shaped hot-rolled structural steel section with a wide range of sizes from UPN 50 to UPN 400. Manufactured from carbon structural steel through continuous rolling and cut-to-length, it offers high bending resistance, easy welding and simple installation. Channels are widely used in building frames, curtain walls, support brackets, bridges, vehicle bodies and equipment structures, available in black, galvanized or painted surface.

Usage & Notes
· Store in a dry, ventilated area; stack flat on dunnage to avoid deformation.
· For outdoor use, hot-dip galvanized or painted channels are recommended.
· Drill holes should be positioned away from the web-to-flange radius to avoid cracking.
· Welding parameters follow EN 1011-2; preheat for thick or high-strength grades.
Shipping, Payment & Packaging
Delivery time: 7–20 working days after deposit, depending on sizes and quantity.
Payment terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) or L/C at sight.
Packaging: Bare bundles with steel strips, suitable for ocean freight; seaworthy packing by container or bulk vessel.
Loading capacity: 20' GP approx. 28 tons; 40' GP approx. 26 tons; bulk vessel up to 5000 tons.
After-sales Service
We supply EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate before shipment. If any quality issue is confirmed by SGS / BV, replacement or compensation will be negotiated. Custom cutting, drilling, hot-dip galvanizing and OEM orders are welcome.
