This hot dipped galvanized iron wire is produced from premium low carbon steel rod. It adopts hot-dip galvanizing process to form a thick zinc layer on steel surface, which offers superior anti-corrosion performance compared with electro galvanized wire. The wire stays soft after galvanizing treatment, easy for twisting, bending and weaving. Our factory can produce different zinc coating grades to satisfy different service life requirements for outdoor projects. The maximum coil weight can reach up to 2203LB per big coil.

5. Packing Details

Packing methods: wrapped with plastic film inside, woven bag or hessian cloth outside.
Coil weight ranges from 1kg to 800kg. We can load goods on wooden pallets as customer’s request to protect coils during sea transport.
Delivery time: within 15-25 working days after receiving deposit. Goods can be shipped by sea container or bulk vessel.

We support third-party inspection before loading. If any quality problem caused by our factory, we will negotiate compensation or re-production for clients. Please inspect goods immediately once you receive cargo. Any damage during transit shall be claimed with shipping carrier.
