AH32/AH36 are standard high-strength hull structural steels for commercial vessels operating in temperate waters. DH32 offers enhanced low-temperature toughness for vessels serving in colder environments.
Mill Test Certificate EN 10204 3.1/3.2 available. All material supplied with visible heat number stamping and bundle labels for full traceability. Third-party inspection can be arranged upon request.
Certified for Hull Stiffeners — Classification society approval is mandatory for hull structural materials. Our bulb flats are supplied with valid CCS, ABS, DNV, and GL certificates, ready for direct use in classified shipbuilding projects.
Superior Buckling Resistance — The bulb profile delivers 15–23% higher torsional constant than previously understood, providing excellent resistance to lateral buckling under compressive loads in hull panels.
